I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the traditional Japanese design of the rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location directly on the slopes was perfect for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Niseko and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, I must mention the delicious breakfast that was included in the package. The wide selection of Japanese and Western options catered to all tastes and set a great tone for the day ahead.

Excellent breakfast and friendly personnel. The whole experience was great! Hotel was situated only a short distance to Niseko Ice Village. It's worth staying here and exploring Niseko Moiwa Ski district.

All staff was kindly and greeted us warmly. Enjoyable base for your vacations in Niseko.

This hotel is far from the crowded and busy ski resorts, which offers peaceful environment. the shuttle service available from the hotel provides easy access to the ski area.

The room amenities are a bit dated and not everything is functioning smoothly.

The staff was excellent, Onsen great, food superb, convenient ski rental and storage, free bus to slopes, free shuttle buses to popular resorts.

For us it was ideal.

We enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast with both continental and Japanese options, as well as the helpful staff who assisted us with activities and transportation. The hotel facilities, including the indoor and outdoor baths, were fantastic. Additionally, the shuttle bus service to ski areas and the location near New Chitose airport made our stay convenient.

I had a really nice staying experience at this hotel during my Niseko trip. the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The buffet-style breakfast and semi-buffet dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options. Secondly, the onsen facilities were excellent, with both indoor and outdoor onsens to enjoy. Lastly, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the ski slopes, making it convenient for guests to access the slopes. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and had a beautiful traditional Japanese design.

The only minor issue was the slow WiFi speed.

Great dining and shuttle service, plus the hot spring was a relaxing experience. The staff was polite and helpful despite the hotel being far from the central hub. We were able to enjoy the peaceful and serene location, which was perfect for a holiday getaway. The breakfast and dinner options were diverse and delicious, able to cater both Japanese and Western taste buds. The shuttle service was frequent and convenient, able to take us to the local ski resort and other surrounding areas.

The rooms were quite outdated and small, not fitting the price we paid. Also, the location of the hotel was quite far from the main skiing areas and towns, which made it difficult to explore more locations. The lack of English proficiency among staff made communication difficult at times. our experience was overshadowed by the outdated rooms and distance from the main hub.
